Repairs

We undertake all repairs, even the ones that other companies wont!
Our workshop is equipped with everything we need to delve into the inside of your machine and bring it back to life, we take Anti-Static precautions serious as without these the life of your machine can be reduced dramatically.

Upgrades

Whilst we undertake upgrades, With a new machine costing around £400-£500 we are conscious that it may not be economical to upgrade, in this case we would suggest an alternative. however if you really do want to upgrade we will of course do it.

Free Estimate

If required we will give you a free estimate of the cost of your repair or upgrade at our workshop. when this is virus removal we ask for the first hour to be approved as often we need to fix things to be able to see how bad things are.

Site Visits

If you do not want to bring your equipment to our workshop, we can arrange for one of our engineers to come to you at a convenient time to undertake the repair. If the engineer feels it will take to long to repair on site then he will suggest that he take it back to the workshop and once repaired will return it and plug in all the cables!

Collect an Return

We also offer a collect and return service for those of you that are not sure about unplugging and plugging in the cables or just don't have transport, we make a small charge for this service. We will unplug everything that is plugged into it and return it to our workshop for repair, once the repair is complete we will arrange a time to return your equipment and plug it in and test onsite before leaving.

No Fix No Fee

We do not offer no fix no fee, you should be careful with these as we have found that if the engineer thinks the job is to big they walk away and you still have the problem. The way we prefer to work is that if we think the problem is going to take more than 2 hours we will return it to our workshop. If this is done after the first hour the collect and return fee is waived. This enables our engineers to get to the next job and you to start saving money on the final repair cost.
